Refund & Cancelation

At AIODIFY, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions and maintaining strong client relationships.
Due to the nature of digital services and customized work, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.

1. Project Initiation & Payments
All projects begin only after receiving the agreed advance payment or confirmation.
The advance payment secures your project slot and resource allocation.
Therefore, advance payments are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by Client

If you wish to cancel your project:

Before Work Begins
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of payment.
A partial refund may be issued after deducting consultation, processing, or administrative costs.

After Work Has Started
Once project work (design, development, or setup) has begun, no refunds will be issued.

After Project Completion
No cancellations or refunds are applicable after final delivery, deployment, or sharing of access credentials.

3. Digital Products & Third-Party Tools
Any digital assets (including GPL themes, plugins, or software) are non-refundable once delivered.
These products are governed by their respective licenses.

Please note:
GPL tools do not include automatic updates or official author support.
Clients may purchase official licenses separately if required.

4. Refunds Initiated by AIODIFY
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Duplicate payment made in error
  • Inability to start the project due to internal limitations

If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

5. Revision & Rework Policy
Each project includes a limited number of revisions as per the agreed scope.
Additional revisions or changes beyond scope may incur extra charges.

Please note:
No refunds will be issued based on subjective dissatisfaction after approval of designs, layouts, or concepts.

6. Hosting, Domain & Third-Party Services
Payments made for domains, hosting, or third-party services are non-refundable.
These services are purchased from external providers.

However:
We will assist in coordinating with providers in case of issues.

7. Maintenance & Subscription Services
Maintenance or recurring services (monthly/yearly) are non-refundable once the service period begins.
Clients may cancel future renewals before the next billing cycle.
