• Revisions are limited to the agreed package
• Additional changes may incur extra charges
• Payments are generally non-refundable after project initiation or approval

5. Content & Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all required content (text, images, media)
• Content must be owned or properly licensed
• Demo or placeholder content will be replaced with final materials

AIODIFY is not responsible for copyright violations in client-provided content.

6. Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment
• AIODIFY retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio
• We do not claim ownership of third-party tools or assets used

7. Credits & Portfolio Usage

AIODIFY may include a small credit in the website footer (e.g., “Designed & Developed by AIODIFY”).

Clients may request removal of this credit.

We reserve the right to display completed projects (including screenshots, descriptions, and links) in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.

Clients may request removal by contacting us, and we will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Maintenance & Updates

• Maintenance services are provided only if included in the package
• Updates for third-party tools may require valid licenses
• Additional support or updates may be chargeable

9. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services such as:
